My name is Ayberk Arda Kızıltaş. From a young age, I developed a keen interest in the culinary arts. During my high school years, I made the decision to pursue a career in the field of culinary arts. I entered the industry at the age of 16 and further solidified my passion by enrolling in a four-year undergraduate program in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Additionally, I pursued training in food photography to expand my skill set. During my second year at university, my interest in molecular gastronomy and fine dining grew significantly, leading me to conduct various research projects in these areas.
I have had the privilege of working at numerous prestigious establishments, including five-star luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. My passion for constant exploration and experimentation naturally led me to delve deeper into the fields of modeling and molecular gastronomy. Throughout my university years, I actively participated in academic research, which enriched my understanding of the culinary world. Currently, I continue my research and career in the United States, where I am dedicated to advancing my knowledge and contributing to the culinary field.
